The Neighborhood Horses

Our neighbor has two ponies and one horse.  We love to go to the fence and call them and pet them.

This is my favorite pony.

My brother likes to pet the horse.

The one pony that is white with brown on it doesn't come, so we get to pet one horse and one pony.

Snake

Today we were working in our garden. When she tilled, Mom put some cardboard on the dirt so that weeds would not grow.  When she took off the cardboard today we found a snake.

First we thought it was dead but when Mommy flipped it over it suddenly started moving.  Its belly was really white.

I picked it up in my gloved hands and Mommy took these pictures of me.
